Just the Place was born from a simple belief: every property transaction has a personal story behind it. A family inheritance, a new beginning, a life project. And all of them deserve the same respect and dedication.

I am a registered real estate agent with over 20 years in the sector, based in the Teatinos neighbourhood, next to the University of Málaga. Throughout my career I have specialised in cases that require more than a simple transaction: student rentals for landlords with no experience or previous bad experiences, sales of properties with emotional or legal complexity, and mediation in inheritances and divorces where the priority is reaching a fair agreement for all parties, always seeking understanding before resorting to more costly routes.

For over a decade I have worked as a court-appointed property valuer, giving me a technical and objective view of the real value of each property. My portfolio covers the entire province of Málaga and includes special projects beyond it.

I work in Spanish and English and, with today's tools, in whatever language you need. Because every property has its buyer; the key is knowing how to present it and reach the right person.
